OSL OverSized Litter Back Rest - North American Rescue®

The OSL back rest attaches to the 2 in. poles of the OSL litter system allowing the patient to be placed at both a 90° and a 45° angle. The OSL backrest cover material is a very durable Nomex/Kevlar blend.
